I am the Partner Director of McManus Consulting, bringing over 10 years leadership and partnership experience from SME to Corporate businesses. I am known for my clear vision, collaborative approach, and have a results-driven mindset, I have led diverse teams across many sectors delivering innovative solutions to enhance not only my workplace but the workplace of my partners/customers. I am passionate about aligning technology with business goals, my aim is to build relationships that align trust, honesty and loyalty with all involved. Delivering excellence, integrity, and client success at every level is always at the forfront of my mind.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, and staying active at the gym, this is how I recharge and keep a balanced approach to life. I am a very social person in business and personal life.

As a Consultant, working on long-term projects with Sue and James, I bring extensive knowledge and broad hands-on practical experience, successfully gained over more than four decades in the print, mail, and document management sectors of our industry. I’ve equally enjoyed working in both client and supplier roles in manufacturing operations, professional and managed services delivery, partner, and services development, within public and private sector organisations. My experience affords me with balanced and informed 360o viewpoints, invaluable when taking a holistic approach to McManus Consulting’s client environments – whatever their complexity and aspirations.

Our ever-changing industry and the sectors within it are full of innovative and practical solutions to everyday document-driven challenges experienced by us, our customers, and partners alike. I’m proud of the fact that McManus Consulting use the same solutions and services to solve its requirements as it does for its customers, which is rarer than you may imagine…

I’m also incredibly fortunate to work with brilliant colleagues who are also good friends of long-standing, which is something maybe not everyone gets to say when they talk about what they do day-to-day!
